INSTALLATION
The installation service involves the supply & installation of a pier & tie-down system with individually adjustable piers for precise levelling and stabilising of your tiny house on a relatively level site.
You will need to clear area for the tiny house with concrete slab, concrete piers or compacted gravel or crusher dust.
We will also run you through the process/options we’re aware of, of anything else you may need to have set up.

How to Use THE CHIPPER tiny house
HOME - The Chipper’s size and price means that it is accessible to more people and makes it more possible for a semi-nomadic lifestyle.
AIRBNB GUESTS - The Chipper tiny house lends itself well to guest accommodation. You may not need the larger size of the our other models to host your guests. For a simpler, more cost effective AirBnb tiny house, the Chipper has everything 1-2 guests may need for a very enjoyable stay.
EXTRA ACCOMMODATION - The Chipper tiny house has been specifically designed for 1-2 family members or friends to have a very enjoyable stay on your property with their own kitchen, loft bedroom, toilet and shower and chill out space.

IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT ORDERING & TIMEFRAMES:
Our tiny houses are typically completed in up to 15 weeks but build commencement and wait times vary. Feel free to request information on our next available completion times. And when you’re ready to save your spot in our build queue, you can put down a non-refundable $5,000 holding deposit which will be deducted from your overall contract price.
